IMPORTANT NOTICE: This is a professional massage and energy healing studio. Any sexual requests or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate cancellation without refund and will be immediately reported.

By booking and paying for any treatment at Oruna Path – Massage & Energy Healing, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Cancellations and Refunds:
    • Treatments must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in no refund.
  2. Health and Safety:
    • All treatments provided are therapeutic and curative in nature. By accepting the treatment, you confirm that you do not have any medical conditions or disorders that would be contraindicated for the treatment you are booking.
    • Skin allergies must be disclosed before the treatment, particularly in relation to the use of oils and other topical products.
    • It is the client’s responsibility to inform the practitioner of any changes in health or new medical conditions prior to the treatment.
  3. Possible Aftereffects:
    • By booking certain treatments, such as cupping therapy and DLM (Deep Layer Massage), you acknowledge and accept that visible marks may appear on your skin for a few days after the treatment. These marks are a normal result of the therapy and are not a cause for concern.
  4. Liability Waiver:
    • By booking a treatment, you waive any claims or liability against the practitioner for any potential aftereffects or discomfort resulting from the treatment, including but not limited to visible marks or bruising.
  5. Data Protection:
    • We take your privacy seriously. All personal data, including health information, will be stored securely and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your information will only be used for the purpose of providing your treatment and ensuring your safety.
  6. General Agreement:
    • By making a payment for a treatment, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms and conditions, and that all information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
